		<description>I would appreciate if I can be guided towards the full list of the ranking. I must confess that I am surprised that I did not find my country Rep. Of Benin in the top ten. May be I am a bit emotional about my motherland. I kind of have the feeling most reports on issues in Africa places more emphasis on anglophone countries or on those francophone countries that know how to make &quot;noise&quot;. May be I should ask my people in the diaspora to start making some &quot;noise&quot; (provided this is positive noise). May I ask as well if this rankings has an incidence on living conditions in those countries. j-g
